I think that you should be sure that the music you listen to does not contain lyrics that are prideful, contain swearing, blasphemous, about promiscuity, etc and that may limit the music you should listen to quite a lot already. Also, good to look at the singer(s) and ask if they believe in God. Because if God isnt influencing their music, who is? I dont think all non gospel music is evil, just that the enemy is good at using music to tempt us with worldly desires. It is more fruitful to listen to music that glorifies God. *

Let's consider what paul says in Phil. 4:8. 'whatsover things are just,pure,lovely,of good report.... We should think on these things. Music feeds our soul,our mind. Does the kind we listen to spark up the right,noble feelings in us? This is the ultimate judge of whether it's right or not. Gbu all. *
